Vonnie Estes is the vice president of innovation at the International Fresh Produce Association, where she connects technology providers with the produce industry to address critical challenges across the supply chain. She brings leadership experience from major organizations and startups, driving innovation through strategic collaboration.

Vonnie hosts the weekly podcast Fresh Takes on Tech and leads the Fresh Field Catalyst Accelerator, introducing emerging technologies to the industry. She is an active voice in agriculture, serving on multiple boards and regularly speaking and publishing on tech-driven solutions in fresh produce.
