Martha Baker is the Global Director of Carbon Markets at Alltech Feed Division, where she leads strategy for carbon monetization and producer collaboration. Her work integrates carbon initiatives into Alltech’s broader ESG goals while providing education and building partnerships that drive sustainable progress across agriculture.

Martha’s career is dedicated to creating value at the farm gate and equipping producers for a more resilient future. Before joining Alltech, she spent 14 years at Land O’Lakes/Purina, leading commercial dairy sales and strategy.
